A little of this and that for this post. We had Taco Thursday with two of our sisters this week. It turned out really well. We found everything we needed except that elusive cheddar cheese! Dawn used mozzarella instead.
At our GANS Halloween FHE we celebrated Anziano Perry's 20th birthday. Valeria and Carmen each pulled an ear in succession 20 times. A fun Italian birthday tradition.
Thought this was pretty funny. Dawn and I went into Sephora (where she signed up for their frequent shopper card). We saw these tins in English, "This is not a Panettone" and it wasn't, but lots of stores are selling panettone since the Christmas season has arrived in Bari in full force.
Here we are at the "Chinese store" Mondo Risparmio. While nativity sets are hard to find in the US, we have a huge assortment here in Italy.
