Inspired to Attend Bari Liberta` Ward

We try to prayerfully consider where to attend church each Sunday.  We had thought to travel to Foggia for testimony meeting, but since our zone leader was there, we attended Bari Liberta`.  Not only did they need Sister C to play the hymns, but I got to prepare and bless the sacrament.  Then, the sisters asked me to translate the testimony of a visitor from English to Italian.  What an honor.

Here is Fredrik, who bore his testimony, his wife Maria and their two daughters, Eden and Melissa.  They are enjoying a vacation in southern Italy.  They rode a train from Monopoli to Bari, then walked to the church from the station.  They wanted to join with the saints and partake of the sacrament.

They live in Helsinki.  She is Finnish and he's Swedish.  They have been married 8 years.  They met at a singles conference.  He then served a mission to Vladivostok, Russia.  They married shortly after he returned home. We so enjoyed having them over for lunch after church.
