Sunday Missionary Service

Sunday was a great day to be a missionary. We drove to Statte where we attended the Taranto 1^st ward. Bishop Christian Nephi Castaldo is a wonderful energetic man who has a laser focus on his youth. Near the end of testimony meeting, he announced that the remainder of the time would be for the youth to bear testimony and three of them did. Before we arrived, he asked if Dawn could play the piano and then asked that I give the opening prayer and help pass the sacrament. Second hour, we attended the youth come follow me class. We love these young people.

Later Sunday evening, we held our family home evening. The two sets of sisters and Angela Cafagno came. Each person got to share their favorite story from the book of Judges. It was a fun evening, especially with Dawn’s chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
